Our Philosophy

At Avjot Construction, building isn’t just a business—it’s a lifelong passion. Our founder, Charanjit Buttar, began his career as a framer, working hands-on in the field for five years before starting the company in 2002. During that time, he discovered not only a natural talent for construction but also an intuitive understanding of how homes are built from the ground up.

That practical expertise sets us apart. Unlike many builders who only manage projects from a distance, Charanjit has worked with the tools, the plans, and the challenges firsthand. This experience allows us to approach every project with precision, problem-solving skills, and a deep respect for craftsmanship.

Over the past two decades, we’ve completed projects across British Columbia—from Vancouver Island to Northern BC and throughout the Lower Mainland. Today, Avjot Construction is proud to be recognized within the building community for our reliability, quality, and strong relationships with clients and trade partners.
